Products Description

PMMA CM-205

PMMA is a polymethyl methacrylate material. It is a high polymer, also known as acrylic or plexiglass. High transparency, easy to process, is a commonly used glass alternative material. The monomer of polymethyl methacrylate is methyl methacrylate. Due to the large branch chain and high viscosity of polymethyl methacrylate, the processing speed is relatively slow when using hot processing methods.

PMMA has excellent aging resistance and chemical stability, good insulation and machinability. Compared with ordinary inorganic glass, PMMA has the characteristics of light weight and high toughness, which has been widely used in agriculture, aviation, construction, optical instruments, lighting decoration and other fields.
